Chocolate Cookies With Mint And White Chocolate Morsels

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda in a bowl.

   In another bowl, beat butter, both sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

   Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Mix in chocolate chips and m&ms.

   Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.

   Note: the mint m&ms can be replaced with different mint candies, chocolate chips, or other types of m&ms. I used the holiday-colored mint m&ms to give the cookies a festive feel, but for other times of the year, use whatever you've got.
