1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

For cookie filling: In bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
