Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

Cream margarine and sugar together. Mix in eggs, honey and vanilla.

Add flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined.

Gently stir in chocolate chips

Place dough, covered, in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Spoon 16 balls of dough onto a nonstick (or greased) baking sheet. Gently flatten each with the back of a spoon.

Place a piece of a peanut butter cup (see note below) on top of each flatten cookie dough ball. Spoon another scoop of cookie dough batter over each.

Carefully press the edges of the cookie together to form a sphere around the peanut butter cup.

Bake for 18 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before eating.
