Chocolate Cereal Muffins

   Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

   In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.

   To a separate bowl, add the vanilla, egg, butter, and buttermilk.

   Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the cereal and mix well.

   Fill muffin pan molds 2/3 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Test the center of the cupcakes with a toothpick.
