1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted & cooled
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
3 -4 tablespoons milk
