In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla. Set aside. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and preheat on medium heat.

Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on one side of two of the bread slices. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate chips and about 5-6 slices of strawberries so that it evenly covers the slice of bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella on the other two slices of bread. Close the sandwich up (Nutella side of the one slice facing in, toward the strawberry mixture on the other slice, making a sandwich) and place it in the bowl of egg/milk mixture. Let it stand for at least 10 seconds to soak up all it can. Flip it over and soak the other side.

Place the sandwiches on the heated skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until the outside is golden brown and the chocolate is melted. Serve by topping with strawberries.
