Add almonds, and slowly pour in butter and cinnamon.

In a food processor, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar.

Blend until all ingredients are a smooth batter.

At this point you can either melt the chocolate chips and incorporate that into the batter; or place them in a ziplock bag and add 1 teaspoons of powdered sugar.
