1 cup sugar
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat 1%) 1%

2 teaspoons almond extract

2 tablespoons chocolate chips (semi-sweet) mini

Using a non-poisonous leaf, brush on melted chocolate; place in freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
