2 tablespoons caster sugar
pinch of salt
30g butter
1 cup milk
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
2 TERRY'S* Chocolate Orange bars, finely chopped
Icing
1/2 cup jam ( marmalade or apricot)
1 tablespoon water
