1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 (2 1/2 ounce.) jar dry beef
1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lowfat milk
1/4 c. finely minced bell pepper
1/2 c. finely minced green onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Saute/fry pecans in butter, 3-5 min.
