2 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
⅓ cups Minced Red Bell Pepper
⅓ cups Minced Orange Bell Pepper
⅓ cups Minced Onion
3 cups Chopped, Cooked Chicken Breast
1- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 cups Light Mayonnaise
2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
2 Tablespoons Chipotle Mustard, Such As Saucy Mama
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
