1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. pepper flakes
2 tsp. instant minced onion
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. honey

Dredge pork chunks flour in and garlic salt.

Combine cornstarch, 1 tablespoon water and honey.
