1 1/2 lbs. steak
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 green peppers, sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 green onions, diced

Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick strips.

Heat oil.

Add in garlic salt, ginger, and pepper.

Saute/fry till garlic is golden brown.

Add in steak brown lightly 2 min.

Remove meat.

Add in green peppers, onions.

Cook on medium high 4 to 5 min.

Return meat to pan.

Add in soy sauce, sugar, bouillon, cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. cool water.

Simmer about 2 min till sauce thickens.
