Combine Meatball mixture in a large bowl, form mixture into small firm balls.

Fry in oil until brown and cooked through.

( You can also bake them on a cookie sheet at 350 about 15-20 minute shaking the pan to brown them on all sides).

In a small pan, cook sauce mixture until thickened.

Meanwhile; stir fry garlic in 2 T. oil add snow peas and continue frying about 20 sec., add salt, remove from wok and arrange peas on individual serving plates.
