Parmesan Steak Fries

   Pare potatoes and cut into slices (should look like big French fries).

   Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in medium-size bowl.

   Moisten potato slices with water; coat potatoes in flour mixture.

   Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Place potatoes in a single layer in pan.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once during baking.

   When brown, remove from oven.
