3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. finely minced almonds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto
2 Large eggs, beaten
Cornstarch
2 tbsp. veg. oil
Pineapple sauce (recipe follows)

Combine beef, celery, almonds, garlic and salt.

Mix well.

Add in crumbs, soy sauce, ajinomoto, and Large eggs; mix well.

Shape into balls the size of walnuts.

Roll in cornstarch.

Heat oil in large skillet and brown meatballs on all sides till thoroughly cooked.
