2 T rice vinegar
1 T chili oil
2 T soy sauce
1/4 c sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
1 T cider vinegar

2 cans chicken (may substitute turkey or tuna)
1 pkg frozen peas, thawed
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can black pitted olives
1 medium lemon-juiced

Cook noodles for 3-4 minutes, rinse with cold water.
