Ingredients: 2 lb Ground Chuck; 1 large Green Bell Pepper; 1 large Sweet Onion; 2 can 15.5 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans; 2 can 10 oz Original Rotel Diced Tomatoes with green chilies; 1 can 8oz tomato sauce; 1 can 8 oz water (use the tomato sauce can); 4 tbsp Chili Powder; 1 tbsp Ground Cumin; 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon (shhhh... secret ingredient!); 1 Salt, to taste

2 lb Ground Chuck
1 large Green Bell Pepper
1 large Sweet Onion
2 can 15.5 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
2 can 10 oz Original Rotel Diced Tomatoes with green chilies
1 can 8oz tomato sauce
1 can 8 oz water (use the tomato sauce can)
4 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon (shhhh... secret ingredient!)
1 Salt, to taste

In medium stock pot, brown ground beef.

Add chopped peppers and onions to beef and continue to brown until all liquid is evaporated.

Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.

I do not drain the beans, but if you prefer to drain them, add some additional water - probably another can.

Add spices and salt to taste.

Simmer on medium-low for 20-30 minutes so flavours will blend.
