Chili-O Pot Roast

   Combine Chili-O mix with onion seasoning.

   Mix with the tomatoes.

   In large ovenproof Dutch oven, add the boneless rump or chuck roast.

   Baste with tomato mixture.

   Cover; bake at 325u00b0 for 2 hours, basting occasionally or until almost tender.

   Add the frozen stew vegetables.

   Bake, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally until meat and vegetables are tender.
