Chili Chicken

   Boil chicken and when cool, debone.

   In a skillet, melt 1 stick butter.

   Add diced onion; then add jalapenos, evaporated milk and 3/4 of the Velveeta cheese.

   In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer chips, chicken and sauce.

   Repeat until all are used up.

   Then add remaining Velveeta cheese that has been grated. Bake at 350u00b0 until cheese is melted.
