Prep - Mince the garlic and Chop the shallots.

Grate the Parmesan cheese if necessary.

Saute the minced garlic and chopped shallots in the oil on medium.

Then add the wine and cream to the same pan with the garlic and shallots (you may increase the amount of wine and cream if more sauce is desired).
