400 grams Chicken thigh meat
1 Leeks (the white part)
1 Green onion or scallion (optional)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp each Sake and katakuriko
50 ml Water or hot water
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
1 heaping teaspoon Weipa
1 tsp Honey
