Chicken With Mango Sauce

   Roast the jalapeno, garlic, and chile de arbol pepper in a frying pan.

   Once the peppers and garlic are toasted on the outside, place them into a food processor and blend them together (you may also add salt and pepper if you like).

   Peel the mango and cut it into strips, place the mangoes into the food processor along with the peppers and blend them together.

   Pour this sauce over the chicken breast and serve.
