2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 pounds mixed leafy greens, thick stems discarded and leaves coarsely chopped
6 scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped dill
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
