2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon slice
2 Tbsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese

Cook chicken in one lemon slice, 2 tablespoons salt and the bay leaf.

Cool; cut into cubes.

Cook broccoli as directed; drain.

Place in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

Mix the chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.

Mix and pour over chicken; top with the grated cheese.
