1/2 green beans
2 onions, diced
10 mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. dried beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cilantro
dash of red pepper

Flour chicken and saute in olive oil. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
