Ingredients: 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded*; 1 medium yellow onion, chopped; 2 garlic cloves, chopped; 3 green onions, chopped; 2 (14 1/4 ounce) cans diced tomatoes; 4 cups fat-free chicken broth; ⅓ cup salsa; 1 (10 ounce) can kernel corn; ⅓ cup fresh cilantro; ½ teaspoon cumin; ½ teaspoon chili powder; ½ teaspoon basil; ½ teaspoon salt; 4 tablespoons fat free sour cream; 4 tablespoons flour, to thicken (use less if you like a thinner soup)

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

4 cups fat-free chicken broth

Cook on medium-low yellow onion, green onion and garlic for 2 minutes in stock pot.

Add all but 1/4 cup of chicken broth, Set the remaining aside.

Next add all the seasoning and spices(cumin, chili powder, salt , and cilantro).

Let boil for 3-5 minutes on medium high.

Whisk the flour in with the remaining 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
