Name: Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients: 8 oz. can mushrooms; 5 c. diced chicken (1 whole); 2 cans cream of mushroom soup; 1 pt. sour cream; cooking sherry; salt; pepper; 1/4 lb. butter; 8 oz. spaghetti; Parmesan cheese

Saute large can (8 ounce) mushrooms in 1/4 pound butter.

Add 5 cups of diced chicken (1 whole).

Heat 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 pint of sour cream together.

Add a little cooking sherry and salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in 1 package spaghetti, cooked.

(Cut spaghetti in 3 or 4 pieces before boiling in salted water.)

Mix all well with chicken and mushrooms.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake in 325u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
