Chicken Surprise

   Boil and cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, set aside. Cook broccoli and drain (do not cook soft).

   Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

   Place chicken pieces on top of broccoli.

   Sprinkle almonds on top of chicken.

   Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over entire dish.

   Sprinkle with cheese.

   Cover with bread crumbs.

   (I usually put some of the cheese with the bread crumbs.)

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes. (Allow more time if frozen or refrigerated ahead of time.)

    Fresh broccoli may be used.
