1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. minced onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. Swiss cheese, cut in strips (4 oz.)

Dip chicken in soup broth; coat with bread crumbs.
