1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup white wine
1 egg, well beaten
flour
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
