1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 11/16 cups cream
1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
1/2 chicken bouillon cube

Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet, seson with salt and pepper.

Fry the meat in a deep pan in hot olive oil about 5 minutes until browend both sides and cooked through. Remove steaks from pan and place on a warm plate.

Combine lemon zest, lemon juice and chopped rosemary.

Pour cream into the same pan, stir in the lemon mixture.

Crumble in chicken bouillon cube, stir. Bring to boil.

Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
