Ingredients: 8 sweet italian style chicken sausage; 1 green bell pepper; 1 yellow pepper; 4 garlic cloves; 1 teaspoon rosemary; 10 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained; 1 large onion; 12 ounces bow tie pasta; 8 ounces heavy cream; 6 ounces parmesan cheese; 4 ounces mascarpone cheese; salt and pepper; 1 tablespoon olive oil; ¼ cup water

8 sweet italian style chicken sausage
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon rosemary
10 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
1 large onion
12 ounces bow tie pasta
8 ounces heavy cream
6 ounces parmesan cheese
4 ounces mascarpone cheese
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup water

cook pasta according to direction and drain; set aside.

place water in saute pan and on medium cook sausages for 10 minutes; turn at 5 minutes.

remove from pan and slice into 1/4 inch slices.

place olive oil in pan on medium heat and add peppers and onion.

sautee for 10 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

add garlic, rosemary and tomatoes to pan.

in saucepan, add heavy cream, parmesean cheese and marscapone.

stir on medium heat until cheese melted.

add all ingredients into large pasta pot, mix and then serve.
