Chicken Salad With Sun-Dried Tomatoes And Pine Nuts

   Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

   Make sandwiches with wraps or bread and add lettuce or other desired ingredients. It is also good served on mixed greens.

   Note: I usually make everything for scratch. But sometimes I treat myself to a little less work in the kitchen and pick up a rotisserie chicken at Costco. They are great to use for this recipe because they add a bit of flavor.

   I used the little frozen squares of basil and the tomatoes preserved in a jar with oil as opposed to the packaged ones.
