Chicken Puttanesca-Style

   in a skillet heat olive oil over med-high heat and brown chicken, remove chicken and set aside.

   in same skillet add onion, vinegar and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.

   stir in pasta sauce, salt, and pepper return chicken to skillet and simmer covered for 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

   stir in olives and capers, heat through.

   sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot pasta or rice.
