Chicken Puffs

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   Grease cookie sheet.

   Heat water and butter to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan.

   Stir in baking mix and ginger.

   Stir over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture pulls away from side of pan, remove from heat.

   Beat in eggs, all at once, continue beating until smooth.

   Stir in chicken and onion.

   Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet.

   Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve hot.

    I serve these with a Honey Mustard Sauce.
