Ingredients: 1 tbsp Lemon and pepper seasoning salt; 1 tbsp Dried thyme; 1 tbsp paprika; 1 tbsp black pepper; 1 tsp salt(optional); 1 tbsp garlic powder(can use 2 if u desire); 3 Boneless chicken breast (cubed); 1/2 cup olive oil; 2 1/2 cup Mexican style blend cheese; 1 1/4 cup bacon crumble; 1 cup cilantro; 1 cup Green onions (diced); 5 large potatoes(peeled or not)

Servings: persons

1 tbsp Lemon and pepper seasoning salt
1 tbsp Dried thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt(optional)
1 tbsp garlic powder(can use 2 if u desire)
3 Boneless chicken breast (cubed)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 1/2 cup Mexican style blend cheese
1 1/4 cup bacon crumble
1 cup cilantro
1 cup Green onions (diced)
5 large potatoes(peeled or not)

Pre heat oven to 400F

In a casserole, add oil, salt, garlic, pepper and paprika...mix well.

Add all your potatoes, chicken, half of your cilantro mix well (with your hands) to coat.

Cook in oven for 50-60 minutes (or till u can stick a fork in ur potatoes)

Once everything is done, add remaining cilantro, bacon, cheese and green onions ( spread wisely) return to oven for 5- 10 minutes or till all cheese is melted and Bacon sizzling.
