Chicken, Potato And Zucchini Bake

   Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and slice thinly.

   Add the zucchini slices to the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes, until they start to turn golden. Slice the potatoes and arrange in a small, shallow baking dish with the zucchini and chicken.

   Sprinkle with the nutmeg and basil leaves, then the cheese and a sprinkling of pink or black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melting and lightly browned.
