1 qt. sliced okra
1 stick butter
1 bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lb. smoked sausage
salt, red pepper and black pepper to taste
2 qt. water
2 large onions, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 lb. chicken

Melt butter.

Brown in butter and remove.

Brown sausage and remove. Smother sliced okra in oil until brown.
