1
Grab your cookie sheets (youll need 2) and turn the oven to 350 or whatever it says on the crescent roll package.
-
2
In a good sized mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken, scallions, and spinach.
-
3
(Feel free to add some crumbled bacon, or some left over ham, or whatever seems to taste good to you!)
-
4
The chicken breast in can is fine, just cut it up smaller.
-
5
I especially like this recipe near the holidays because its a great way to use up the left over turkey or chicken that normally would get turned into soup or tossed!
-
6
Add/blend in some garlic powder, season salt, hot pepper flakes, etc, whatever you like to taste, although this filling is so rich you might be okay without it.
-
7
Open up a can of crescent rolls.
-
8
Take one triangle, put a large, heaping spoonful of the mixture in the middle, and fold it up, pinch all sides to make sure it wont ooze out.
-
9
Place on cookie sheet.
-
10
Repeat x 23 more times, assuming your can of crescent rolls has 8 rolls per can!
-
11
OPTIONAL PART: Once situated on your cookie sheets, brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with crushed dry stuffing crumbs.
-
12
Bake according to crescent roll directions, about 8-11 minutes or until golden brown.
-
13
Spoon drizzle with gravy and serve, careful the filling is HOT.
-
14
Awesome comfort food.

I say it feeds 8 because this feeds 4 adults in my family, twice.

They are awesome the next day, cold for lunch, too.
