1 tbsp Katakuriko
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
300 ml Water
1 tsp Dashi stock granules
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
