2 c. medium noodles, uncooked
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. blanched, sliced almonds

Cook noodles according to package directions.

While noodles are cooking, saute green pepper and onion in margarine.

Add soup, milk, sour cream, olives, salt, pepper and chicken.

Drain noodles and mix with mixture.

Put mixture into a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.

Sprinkle with parsley and almonds (may use Parmesan cheese and/or bread crumbs also).
