Chicken 'N Chilies Casserole

   In a large bowl combine sour cream, light cream, onion, chilies, salt and pepper; stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese.

   Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.

   Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.

   Also, cooked turkey and ham can be substituted for the chicken.
