Chicken lollipop – a delicious recipe with chicken, red chilli, ground ginger, ground garlic, red food color, white pepper. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 dozen chicken wings
1 tbsp red chilli paste
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground garlic
dash red food color
1 pinch white pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
2 each egg
1 water - enough to make a batter
1/2 can vegetable oil

Cut each chicken wing into 2 lollipops and trim them.

discard the tip portion

Mix together in a bowl, all the ingredients except the chicken and oil

Marinate the chicken in the prepared batter for atleast 1 hour

Heat oil to a high temperature and fry the lollipops

Cover the tips of the lollipop with foil to make them look attractive

Serve with hot garlic sauce or hot and sweet sauce
