Preheat the oven to 180 celsius degrees.

Cut the onion to half rings and chop the garlic.

Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Put everything inside an oven bag (cooking bag) and sake it carefully.

Put the bag in a baking tray and with a toothpick perforate little holes in the top of the bag

Put the tray in the oven and cook for about an hour.

Flip the bag upside down put in the oven again and cook for another half an hour.

Open the bag and spill all of it into the cooking tray top the chicken with another 3 tablespoons of date honey put back in the oven for ten minutes.

Note: you can add 4 potatoes and 2 sweet potatoes and double the sauce if you want.
