Chicken Lambrusco

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Mix 1/2 cup of the dressing (the less expensive dressings generally have the strongest flavor for cooking) with the wine and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Dip the chicken breasts in the remaining dressing, then lightly coat them with bread crumbs and place them in the baking dish. Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
