2 tbsp. butter
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. Grand Marnier (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

In skillet saute/fry chicken in butter on both sides till lightly browned; remove from pan.

Blend cornstarch with water; add in to sauce in skillet.
