Chicken Kebabs

   Put the onion and garlic in a processor and blend to a pulp (this can also be done with a fine greater).

   Put the pulp, Cumin, Cayenne pepper and oil into a large glass bowl and mix well.

   Chop your chicken into 3mm cubes and add to the bowl; mix well, cover with clingfilm and marinade in the fridge for 1/2 hour or even over night if time allows.

   Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill on a medium heat until cooked through, around 10 minutes.

   Serve with warm pita and a tomato and cucumber salad.
