1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 c. nonfat yogurt
salt
pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion
1 small stick cinnamon

Clean and skin chicken breasts.

Squeeze lemon onto chicken. Add garlic, yogurt, salt and pepper.
