4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. Sauterne
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Wash and dry breasts.

Skin and brown in butter.

Add onion, mushrooms and garlic; saute for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Combine flour, salt, pepper and thyme; stir into mixture. Gradually stir in chicken broth.

Crumble in bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil, stirring.
